Digital Content: Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, by purchasing and downloading/accessing digital products immediately, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your standard 14-day cancellation period once access to the digital file has been supplied.

Physical Goods: For physical items, you have the right to cancel and return the goods within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
